This video, titled "HH11 03 July 2018 UAPs" by its uploader, is assessed by AARO as likely from an infrared sensor on a U.S. military platform in the U.S. Central Command area in 2018. It was uploaded to a classified network in July 2020 and runs about 79 seconds. The footage shows two areas of contrast that, at higher magnification, appear as three roughly aligned points whose spacing changes over time.
DOW-UAP-PR096 is a Department of War video among the 51 potentially UAP-related materials sought by eight members of the U.S. House of Representatives on March 6, 2026 and located by AARO on a classified network, many of which lack a substantiated chain of custody. It was released through the PURSUE declassification.
AARO assesses the roughly 79-second clip was likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility in 2018, with the file uploaded to a classified network in July 2020. Two areas of contrast enter from the lower right; the sensor pans to center them and zooms in, at which point one becomes invisible and the visible area resolves into three roughly aligned points. The spacing between the rightmost point and the other two appears to increase while the latter two stay roughly fixed, and additional areas of contrast later enter from the top. The description is informational only.
